TPS73033DBVT, Регуляторы с малым падением напряжения (LDO) …The TPS73033DBVT is a fixed output RF low dropout (LDO) linear regulator in 5 pin SOT-23 package. This regulator features high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR), low noise, fast start up and excellent line and load transient responses in a small package. NanoStar packaging gives an ultra small footprint as well as an ultralow profile and package weight by making it ideal for applications such as handsets and PDAs. The TPS73033DBVT regulator is stable with a small 2.2µF ceramic capacitor on the output. It uses an advanced and proprietary BiCMOS fabrication process to yield low dropout voltages. This low dropout regulator exhibits approximately 33µVrms of output voltage noise at 1.8V output with 0.01µF bypass capacitor.
