MAX4194ESA+, усилитель Ind SO8The MAX4194ESA+ is a micropower rail to rail precision instrumentation amplifier in 8 pin NSOIC package. This variable gain instrumentation amplifier combines rail to rail, single supply operation, outstanding precision specifications and high gain bandwidth. The MAX4194 has rail to rail outputs and inputs that can swing to 200mV below the negative rail and to within 1.1V of positive rail. It draws 93µA supply current and low power consumption of this device makes it as Ideal for remote sensing and battery powered applications. It is used in thermocouple amplifier, 4mA to 20mA loop transmitters, data acquisition systems, battery powered equipments, transducer interfaces and bridge amplifier.

• Supply voltage range from ± 1.35V to ± 3.75V, 2.7V to 7.5V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
• -3dB bandwidth of 0.147KHz at G = +1000V/V and slew rate of 0.06V/µs
• Precision specifications maximize sensor performance
• Settling time of 7ms at G = +1000V/V, power supply rejection of 120dB
• Input offset voltage of ±50µV at G = +1000V/V, VCM = VCC/2, TA = +25°C
• Input offset voltage drift of ±1.0µV/°C at G = +1V/V
• DC common mode rejection of 115dB at G = + 1000V/V, TA = +25°C, VCM = VEE + 0.2V to VCC — 1.1V
• AC common mode rejection of 106dB at G = +100V/V
• Input bias current of 6nA and input offset current of ±1nA
