LMC7101BIM5, Операционный усилитель с полным размахом …The LMC7101BIM5 is a tiny low power CMOS operational amplifier with rail to rail input and output in 5 pin SOT-23 package. It is ideal for space and weight critical designs. The performance is similar to single amplifier of LMC6482/LMC6484 type with rail to rail input and output, high open loop gain, low distortion and low supply currents. This tiny amplifier can be placed on board where it is needed by simplifying board layout.

• Typical supply current of 0.8mA at 15V
• Typical total harmonic distortion of 0.01% at 5V
• 1MHz gain bandwidth
• Slew rate of 1.1V/µs at 15V
• Common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 82dB
• Supply voltage range from 2.7V to 15.5V
• Input offset voltage range from 0.11mV at 15V
• Input offset current of 0.5pA at 15V
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
