AD623ANZ, Инструментальный усилитель Ind [DIP-8]The AD623ANZ is a single supply, rail to rail, low cost instrumentation amplifier in 8pin DIP package. This easy to use instrumentation amplifier delivers rail to rail output swing on 3V to 12V supply. The AD623 offers superior user flexibility by allowing single gain set resistor programming and by conforming to 8 lead industry standardpin-out configurations. The AD623 is configured for unity gain (G = 1) with no external resistor and it can be programmed for gains up to 1000 with an external resistor. It holds errors to minimum by providing superior CMRR that increases with increasing gain. Low power consumption (1.5mW at 3 V), wide supply voltage range and rail to rail output swing make the AD623 ideal for battery powered applications. The rail to rail output stage maximizes the dynamic range when operating from low supply voltages. This amplifier replaces discrete instrumentation amplifier designs and offers superior linearity, temperature stability and reliability.

• 30µs settling time to 0.01% (G = 1)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
