SN65HVD232D, Микросхема интерфейса CAN [SO-8]The SN65HVD232D is a CAN (Controller Area Network) transceiver in 8 pin SOIC package. This CAN transceiver meets specifications of ISO 11898-2 high speed CAN physical layer standard (transceiver). The SN65HVD232D is designed for data rates up to 1Mbps and includes many protection features providing device and CAN network robustness. It is designed for use with Texas Instruments 3.3V µPs, MCUs and DSPs with CAN controllers or with equivalent protocol controller devices. The device is intended for use in applications employing CAN serial communication physical layer in accordance with ISO 11898 standards. Designed for operation in especially harsh environments. The SN65HVD232D features cross wire protection, thermal shutdown protection, overtemperature protection, wide common mode range of operation, loss of ground and overvoltage protection.

• Operates with a single 3.3V supply
• Low power replacement for PCA82C250 footprint
• Bus pin ESD protection exceeds ±16KV HBM
• High input impedance allows up to 120 nodes on bus
• Open circuit fail safe design
• Glitch free power up and power down protection for hot plugging applications
• Operating temperature range -40°C to 85°C
